Reiki is an ancient practice of "the laying of hands" to heal yourself and to support the healing of others. Through the heart, we actively invite in the Universal life force called "Reiki" in Japanese, essentially opening up to the holy light and energy of the Soul. Lotus Light Reiki, as you will learn here, is a unique energy passed down from Master Usui.
