Karen, a certified Usui and Lotus Light Reiki Master Teacher, has studied and practiced the Buddha's teachings for more than 25 years. Karen hosts classes, workshops, and retreats that create the conditions for deeper healing and transformation. Her work focuses on helping to guide others within themselves to transition from living in the mind to living from the power of the open heart. She supports those ready to integrate the energy and gifts of their own higher self.
In 2023, she began training Lotus Light Reiki Masters - Practitioners and Teachers. Lotus Light Reiki is a new energy that entered our world in 2010 directly from Master Usui to help us with our current accelerated wave of ascension. Ascension is the expansion of our consciousness through our own inner healing and transformation.
Karen is retired from her many years of work in the for-profit and non-profit corporate world, Finance and Health Care sectors. Her experience included Business Management, Product Development and Project Management.
She currently enjoys writing to share her spiritual wisdom and is working to support Master Usui's request to teach and share Lotus Light Reiki, a unique empowerment of reiki energy, with as many people as possible.

karen's vision and mission
There are many of us that know in our hearts we are on a journey of merging our human qualities with our highest spiritual expression, our Soul. Individually and collectively, we are bringing into this world a higher vibration and a new way of living on this planet. There are a multitude of paths to follow but the most direct path is through your open heart. An open heart has the power to guide, heal and transform us. It is the communication gateway to higher realms, higher guides and teachers, all dimensions and times. It is the most powerful teacher and guide we can find in this world. We open and strengthen this threshold within us by transforming our perceptions and beliefs about all that we see in the world. As we gradually embody Soul consciousness, we transform ourselves and help to transform our world. We must go within to make a difference in what is around us. I am dedicated to doing the inner work to grow in this way. I share my experiences and insights to nurture a conversation with as many as possible to help us along this path of the open heart.
