Lotus Light Reiki© is a new transmission of universal life force energy which empowers Master Usui's Reiki System of Healing. This empowerment entered the world in 2010 to support our current and unprecedented phase of personal and planetary evolution to higher vibrations and expressions of being.
Often Reiki is translated as "spiritual energy" but this spiritual energy is really our true self, our essence.

The Lotus Light Reiki© empowerment connects the grounded earth energy of the root chakra with the soul star chakra, the gateway to divine realms and higher vibrations. Reiki Master Teachers who transmit the new empowerment will pass the energy of the traditional reiki symbols for healing the emotional, mental, and physical bodies along with a new symbol to support the higher evolution of consciousness.

Lotus Light Reiki© has two tracts of training – Reiki Master Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher. Each tract is taught in a Friday night and a full day on Saturday. Practitioners and Teachers, when certified, are invited to join a community that gathers once each month (online or in person) to provide ongoing support and development. There are many techniques and teachings unique to Lotus Light Reiki© that are taught during training and are reinforced during these community gatherings.
The process of passing Lotus Light Reiki© empowerment is taught and transmitted by a Lotus Light Reiki© Master Teacher. Karen A. Kovacs received this empowerment from Master Usui in 2010 to establish the lineage in this world; however, Master Usui is the lineage holder and protector of this system of healing. Karen intends to serve the lineage by passing this new empowerment to Usui Reiki Master Practitioners and Teachers for them to pass it on to their clients and students.
